Riot released the TFT 11.13 Patch Preview on twitter on Friday. Mortdog followed it up today with the TFT 11.13 Patch Rundown video and provided all the details for the patch. The most notable items include Ryze, Yasuo, and Karma nerfs in the upcoming patch. The Ryze nerf is unsurprising. Dark Blue Buff Ryze has taken over the meta over the last week, and the balance team is finally doing something about the “full team” CC that Ryze puts out.

System Changes
The overall changes sum up to: fewer special items and fewer emblems in Armories.
- Magnetic Remover and Reforger can no longer appear in enhanced armories
- 2 full items + 2 special items armory has been replaced with a 4 full items Armory
- 2 components + 2 special items armory replaced with 2 components + 2 full items armory
- Changes of a 4-2 Armory have been increased:
- Chances of seeing a Special Item are dramatically reduced
- Chances of seeing an Emblem are slightly lower
- Changes of seeing components and full items are slightly higher
- Odds of a 5-2 Armory have been decreased
- Chances of seeing a special item are drastically reduced
- Chances of seeing an Emblem or component are slightly lower
- Chances of seeing a full item are slightly higher
- Odds of a Late Game (6-2 or 7-2) Armory haven’t been changed
- Chances of seeing a special item or emblem are lower for these armories

Max HP Shield 25/40/60% → 25/45/75%
Large Champion Changes
Kled
Attack Speed 0.70 → 0.75
Kled now gains bonus damage every 4th attack even while mounted.

Spell Shield 250/350/450 → 250/375/525

Reworked Spell: Trundle drains his targets strength, reducing their HP, Armor, MR, and AD by 35% and granting himself 100/300/200% (scales on AP) of the drained stats for 8 seconds.
Ashe
Spell Damage 300/400/600 → 300/450/750
Nidalee
Reworked Spell: Nidalee transforms into a cougar and leaps behind the lowest HP enemy. While in cougar form, Nidalee gains 45% dodge change, 40/50/75% attack speed, and her attacks become melee attacks that deal 200/300/600 bonus magic damage every 4th attack.
Yasuo
Spell Damage 300/400/750 → 250/350/700
Spell On Hit Damage 30/40/75 → 25/35/70
Ryze
Attack Speed 0.75 → 0.80
Ryze’s empowered spell now stuns secondary targets for half the stun duration. Main target is still stunned the full duration.
Kayle
HP 500 → 650

Attack Speed 1.0 → 1.1
Autos per invulnerability 10 → 15
Ascension 4 AOE Spell Damage 200/300/10,000 → 80/125/4,000

Bug Fixes
- Fixed a bug where getting 8 Assassins would turn off the Assassin bonus
- Wolf, Daisy, Heimerdinger’s turret, and Zz’Rot’s Voidspawn now correctly have 130% base critical strike damage
- Reforger will no longer reforge shadow components into the same component
- Shadow Sunfire Cape now properly applies its self burn if equipped mid-combat
- Revive effects (ex: Guardians Angel, Revenant) will no longer trigger if its holder is affected by Kindred’s ability
- Teemo will now display correctly in the Shop as costing Health when rolled from a Loaded Dice
- Cavalier spat bugs (like this one) should now be fixed as well (per Mort)
