Mortdog released his bi-weekly patch rundown video on Sunday, June 6th. The rundown covers the TFT patch 11.12 detail which was summarized in the patch preview late last week. Mortdog and Statikk covered all the buffs, nerfs, and adjustments in patch 11.12. They also addressed the new chase traits and Armory changes added in patch 11.12. Two of the biggest changes in this patch are the nerfs to LeBlanc and Hecarim. Both units were hit hard, and Mortdog called out “LeBlanc is no longer a carry. She is now a utility champion.” He cautioned that there may be further changes to Hecarim before the patch goes live; we’ll update these notes as needed. Additional updates per Mort’s twitter have been added below.
System Changes
Armory
3-2 Armory: 1 Shadow item and 1 Regular item
4-2, 5-2, 6-2, and 7-2 now have a chance for a bonus Armory. These Armories can include consumables (reforger and loaded dice are back), Spatulas, Components, Full items & Emblems. All players will not get the same Armory, but will get the same quality items in their armory. For example, all players may get an armory which has 1 item and 3 Emblems. Early game bonus Armories which contain emblems are more random, but later game Armory Emblems will be tied to the traits you currently have.
Shop Rates This entire section was reverted before release

Loot Orbs
Consumables (reforger, loaded dice, and magnetic remover from Set 4.5) can now drop from loot orbs in rare instances. These do not replace anything and are simply and additional bonus to the normal drops.
